"My husband and I are getting ready for retirement. For the past couple of years I’ve looked at finding an insurance company that could help us save money on our Auto and Home insurance premiums. Before I looked into other insurance companies, I did talk to the lady at the company we’ve been with for over 15 years. I made her aware of what I was trying to do before we retire. Although she did help us by cutting our homeowners premium just a little bit. I continued to do some of my own research. I called a couple other agencies and found that Michelle Aufderhaar with Lesley Hyde - State Farm Insurance was not only polite and professional, she took the time I needed to to explain what we were looking for in our home and auto coverages. She not only helped us save money on our premiums, she was able to increase the coverage on our homeowners insurance by quite a bit of money, enough to where there was no question as to whether or not we should transfer our insurance to State Farm. A big thank you to Ms. Michelle for the great customer service! I would 100% recommend this insurance agency. If you have any insurance needs or feel the need to see if you could cut back on insurance coverages call Michelle or stop by Lesley Hyde - State Farm office."

"We’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years and they have been absolutely great for us. However, this office has not! Sending new cards to an old address with the new address on the cards. Tried to remove a motorcycle from the policy and somehow they couldn’t do it. Tried adding another vehicle recently and was told everything was good only to get texts a few weeks later saying the policy will be cancelled if I don’t make a payment. I have everything on auto pay so I went in to ask about it….first time, no one was there at 2:00 in the afternoon with the open sign on. Second time the lady told me it was my responsibility to make sure the vehicle was on my policy not them. Switching agents today. State Farm has been great but definitely not this office at all!!"

"We have reviewed your feedback, and it is never our intention to not provide the service you are expecting. There seems to be multiple parties involved, including the postal service that caused issues. We were not aware of any policy transactions that were requested and not done. For your auto pay, a response to the request has to be authorized, and we are not aware of receiving that. That could have been an issue with email. We always want to work with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise, but it seems that you did not give us a chance to discuss and try to resolve the issues. We are always here to help. "

"Terrible buisness , I'm surprised it's not closed . Tried calling 3 or 4 times and stopped by 3 times in Jan 2025 to renew homeowners policy . Finally went to alfa and got my policy . Even though I paid in full they want to charge me almost 100 for an extended policy . The problem is I couldn't get anyone to answer or find anyone there. Went in to pay and the owner didn't want to take payment but wanted to tell me how sorry she was and have me listen to her but didnt want to do anything . I told her to please take my payment and all she wanted to do was keep talking so I walked out . I will be reaching out to corporate. I recommend to stay away"

"I have been with this State Farm office for over 10 years and I have three rental houses and three cars all insured with State Farm. I had a problem with them last month and I was going to pull all of my accounts from them and go someplace else if it had not been for Michelle. I absolutely love her and I think she is just the best. I have never called up there that she has not been willing to talk to me and to help me in whatever Problem I have. I don’t know what Leslie would do without her because she literally runs that office. She is the only reason why I stay with State Farm. I think she’s awesome."

"Would give a zero if I could! This company has now twice jerked me around after I buy a policy and pay them in full, then 2 months later getting a letter saying I owe another 1000 dollars. Currently shopping elsewhere! Will never come back to state farm or this office!"

"So the only positive is they are nice. Other wise I would've given 1star. Requested to talk on several occasions to Leslie never there. Had to call back several times just to start an extra policy because they forgot to return my calls. It's been 3months since I've had some issues with my roadside rv and still no call back. I just tried to call again no agent or anyone to take a payment over the phone. Always someone new answering the phones. Will be switching agents today. Good luck"

"I have been trying to get refunded for over 6 months now and it took over a year to get my homeowners refunded after I sold me house and had renters insurance!! Lesley does not respond to email and she is never there so now I have been owed over 500$ since May and they do not care!!! Horrible service and I called many times nothing happens!!!"

"I was with Larry James and loved it. New agent and staff NOT professional at all. Girl in office called me to let me know that she was aware I called corporate to complain. State Farm Corp actually told me to change agents! I am amazed she is still in business."

"Great staff, things have really turned around here. They were tremendously helpful in all my insurance questions. Called for a quote and received one over the phone, binding it was seamless and had insurance cards in my email before I hung up the phone. There has obviously been some changes and it shows!"

"This office has provided exceptional service in the almost 10 years that I have been covered under State Farm. Recently, I worked with Mandy Riggins in a quick turnaround with roof/home damage from storms that were coming through as well as preventative measures to take with the roofing company to protect against upcoming damage as more storms approached until they could get out to my home to do the work. She guided me through claims and also checked after the storms to see if everything was ok. If there were more stars, I would give them. Thanks!"
